Do you do risk workshops?

Yes and no.

We love board discussions but risk workshops are a means to an end, not the goal itself.

If you want to fundamentally revisit and lock down your principal and material risks — ensuring they’re fit for purpose and aligned with strategy then we have a tested approach to do that.

But it takes more than one or two workshops.

Done right, this means:

✅ Engaging at multiple levels—below the executive, at the executive level, and with the board.
✅ Ensuring alignment—so risk is understood, owned, and actioned, not just discussed in a single workshop.
✅ Working with you on implementation—because a workshop without follow-through is just a nice chat.

If that’s what you need, let’s book a discovery call.

If you just need an external facilitator for a one-off board risk workshop, that’s not really where we focus anymore. We like to see things through. There are plenty of facilitators who can do that well.

We’re here for leaders who want real impact, and that usually means them in the spotlight while we help behind the scenes to make sure that they shine. If you’re interested in that, have a look around the site and see how we can help.
