The backgrounds typically required for this sort of work include: assurance innovation, research, business analysis, risk and assurance leadership, product development, product innovation, programming, logistics and change management.
Our focus is on change and transformation, we do not do audits per se. This means while backgrounds in risk and assurance are important, to succeed with us you need to have a track record in innovation and in designing and implementing change programs.
TDA works with clients nationally nationally and internationally with particular focus on the Melbourne and Sydney markets. Our research and development hub and back office are both based in Adelaide.
All TDA assignments are led by Todd personally and he is supported by a number of hand-picked individuals who are outstanding at what they do, and with a record of effecting change.
We unashamedly hand-pick the best people available, domestically and globally to make sure that we bring the best team to the job every time.
Large projects require us to scale up and scale down quickly, while bringing the very best team to the table. To do this, we work with established freelancers and alliance partners.
