Todd Davies

Todd is an internationally respected commentator and advisor on risk, governance and assurance matters and has led developments in these areas globally.  He is particularly well known for his work on strategic risk.

His executive career has included roles as head of policy and technical for a professional body, head of audit & risk for one of the region’s leading media companies, global head of product development in risk management and internal audit for one of the big 4 accounting firms as well as a distinguished career in management consulting.

He is currently an independent director and/or audit & risk committee member with a range of organisations including the Australian Conservation Foundation, GreenCollar Group, the State Emergency Service, The Cancer Institute of NSW, one of Australia’s largest health regions and an agricultural land regenerator. He continues to provide advisory services to a small number of blue chip clients with a focus on emerging practices and developing future leaders in his fields of expertise.

Todd is a Chartered Accountant and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, a Fellow of the Institute of Internal Auditors in Australia and a Member, Institute of Company Directors
